Harlaxton Manor

This stunning historic Grade I listed building is the British campus to visiting students from the University of Evansville as well as being a fabulous venue for weddings and events.

The public is welcome to walk in its wider grounds all year round making it popular with dog walkers or a great place for kids to bike or scooter along while you stroll.

Enjoy the bluebell walk in the woods on selected May weekends (free) or the public open day in the summer. There are also occasional concerts and talks.

'The Gregory'

Re opening Friday 10th November 2023. Traditionally, one of the area's most popular destination fine dining pubs, The Gregory is situated at the top of the Harlaxton Manor's long driveway, nicely within walking distance of Park House. Very popular with staying guests. Booking always recommended. www.thegregory.co.uk

Village store and post office

Open seven days (various times) the store is just a 5 minute walk from Park House for any necessities, cash back or post office services.

Grantham Canal

Harlaxton has its own entry point to the Grantham Canal and it's a popular spot for a walk either towards Grantham or Woolsthorpe by Belvoir. Perfect for dog walking and cycling.

 

Harlaxton Social Club, Sports Field (no dogs) and Children's Playpark

Open on Tuesday and Friday nights for a relaxed pint, pool, darts and table football, with various events such as Bingo, Quiz Night and Meal Night (advance booking necessary) throughout the month. Next to it there's a large sports field and children's play park.
